Here we are! Thanksgiving is upon us. Turkey time.
Some cottagers are using this weekend as the time to get ready for winter, clearing the water lines, installing anti-freeze in reservoirs, putting bubblers in the water and weights on dock decks. Others we know are putting sand and salt barrels at strategic points in their lane ways. You never know when a hill needs to be sanded for winter use.
At the time of writing, the day is sunny. Sky is clear and some of us are wearing shorts! Autumn this year has been a blessing! Here’s hoping it continues. There are a number of serious buyers making their way north over the next week and walking in the sun is a tad more pleasant than walking in the rain!
