🦃Turkey’s done except for the 🍗left overs. 🌳Trees too… only a few 🍂leaves left. What doesn’t seem done is the warm weather. Quite amazing! After all, we have had ❄snow in these parts at Thanksgiving. Not only that, our friend Walter, went for a swim…🏊‍♂️ not a dip, a swim💦! I couldn’t tell if it was a grin or clenched teeth😁, but he was smiling when he reached the other dock!

Under normal conditions, we’re into rain🌧 and cold for Bala’s Cranberry Festival. Not so this year. If you have a hankering for wonderful baked goods🥧, 🍒cranberry crepes and 🍒cranberry spiced sausage, then Bala’s the place to be this coming weekend. Cranfest is amazing at Johnston’s 🍒Cranberry Marsh too. The bogs are filled with colour and the 🍒cranberry 🍷wine’s not bad either. Come on up! Be safe but enjoy one of Ontario’s 🍁fall highlights.
