💦Water flowing over the Bracebridge Falls has crested. The last 4 days has seen water levels in Bracebridge Bay dropping about an inch per day. Today it was more. That doesn’t mean levels have dropped any on Lake Muskoka, though. There seems to be a delay in reaction. Yesterday, Lake Muskoka was on the rise.💧

Probably apt. Activity in waterfront property has increased too. A good handful of properties has sold in competition, some have exceeded asking price. The gap between asking and selling has closed some in the last month and the vibe of our market is more in line with pre-COVID activity. COVID delivered a step change in appreciation of lake country.
