Although we have a short burst of warmer weather this week, Friday last saw the first frost in Muskoka. The forests responded and our hillsides and shorelines are resplendent in the reds and golds of autumn. This is it! May 2-4. The first long weekend of the season. Our summer friends are returning. Cottages will be opened, BBQ's heated up and firepits ignited for the first batch of s'mores. Our summer ritual begins.
